Polyvinylidenfluoride

High-molecular, semi-crystalline thermoplastic with its own white colour.
It has similar properties as PTFE. Excellent chemical resistance, wide range of operating temperatures (– 50ºC / + 150ºC ) and it is not susceptible to ageing because of weathering. Furthermore, it has excellent strength, toughness, creep and high-energy radiation resistance and it significantly outperforms all other fluorinated polymers. Conversely, it has a lower friction coefficient and worse insulating properties.
We process the materials using the following procedures:
Extrusion: Extruded profiles according to drawings and semi-products according to DIN
Machine parts: Turned and milled parts in single and serial production
Pressings: Injected moulded parts weighing up to 16.000 g
Density: ISO 1183 1.78 g/cm3
